 The Eastchester Irish-American Social Club is proud to announce Eastchester's 8th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade! The parade will take place on Sunday March 11th at 3pm. The 2012 Grand Marshal is Phil Denning and our 2012 Honoree is Anna Ascione Phelan.
Phil Denning has chosen his 3 sons Michael, PJ & Neal as his aides. An Eastchester resident since 1977, Phil hails from County Cavan Ireland. In 2005, Phil served as an aide to the grand marshal of Eastchester's 1st St. Patrick's Day Parade. Anna Ascione Phelan was born in Naples, Italy and emigrated to the U.S. in 1969. She has lived in Eastchester with her husband John and 3 daughters - Katie, Brigid & Maura for the past 15 years and currently serves as our Membership Secretary.
The Eastchester Irish-American Social Club is a non-profit organization formed in 1966 consisting of men and women of Irish descent living in Eastchester, Tuckahoe, Crestwood, and Bronxville as well as sponsoring Eastchester's Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade and Festival.
We hold our monthly meetings every third Friday at 8pm. Come join us!
