Hooley on the Hudson Irish Festival, Sunday, August 31, 2025, at T R Gallo Park on the Roundout Creek, Kingston, NY 

11:30AM to 9PM.  Free.

Numerous bands and dancers performing on two stages,

plus a traditional music stage. Scheduled performers include:

Andy Cooney, SlainteThe Little Creek Band, Sheridan Ruitin, plus the Ulster County AOH Pipes and Drums.  Plus numerous dining and beverage choices.  A little ways away, but a fine afternoon of music in a very pleasant location alongside the Roundout Creek.

Guss Hayes Band at Untermeyer Park, 945 N. Broadway, Yonkers, Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 6:30PM. Free.

County Clare native Guss Hayes and his band have been entertaining in Yonkers and Westchester for more than three decades.  Bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Inside the park, the nearby Persian Gardens are wonderous.   If rain is predicted, it may be moved indoors.  In case of rain, please call 914-375-3435 or check www.untermyerperformingarts.org after 3pm the day of the performance. Hudson Valley Irish Festival, Riverfront Green, Peekskill, NY

Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025  11AM to 7PM   $10 Donation

(Not an EIASC event but may be of interest to our members.)  Sponsored by the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Div. 18, Peekskill.)

Irish Music, Arts, Crafts, Foods and Step Dancers.  Main stage with numerous excellent groups, expected to include Shilelagh Law, Amadans, Phineas & The Lonely Leaves, plus massed pipe bands. Traditional Music Tent featuring many fine traditional musicians, plus step dancers.  Spoken Word Tent featuring Irish American Writers & Artists, Inc.  All at a beautiful park on the Hudson River.  Held annually for the past 12 years.  Proceeds from the festival help support the Hudson Valley Irish Center.

Greater Danbury Irish Festival,  Danbury CT

Saturday-Sunday, September 20-21, 2025, opening at 12 noon both days.  

(Not an EIASC event but may be of interest to our members.  Sponsored by the Greater Danbury Irish Cultural Foundation)

CityCenter Green, 2 Ives Street Danbury, CT.  FREE

Live music (numerous bands playing), step dancers, cultural activities and events, a shopping village, children's entertainment, food and beverages all weekend long.

Westchester Irish Folk Festival, Sunday, September 1, 2024 at Stepinac High School, White Plains, NY.  Ticket link is below.

Scheduled performers include The Narrowbacks, the McLean Avenue Band, pipe and drum bands, plus local bands and Irish dancers.  Tickets are $43.14 for adults, and $22.13 for children.
